Abstract

At the organization data needs and information fastly, exactly, and acurately are to be an important something to taking decision. Productivity and performance of the company along with keep on quality which is be created as the last of an commitment increasing costumer satisfaction will be scala priority of company. With the development of technology information system, monitoring, and controlling the result of the production are to be important something because it can be used to reach capacity target production which has been determined. The problems come in productivity process will be problem if the point of the problem is not be solved immediately, because it can disturb productivity target directly. Therefor the writer interests to create an application of information system and problem solving with the PHP programming and MySQL database, the writer hopes solve the problem which is faced by company party and it can be used to give the report fastly and acurately, so the report can be presented well. The purpose or the expected uotput arethe result of the productivity procescan be monitor an evaluation and key performance appraisalfor each department both of the data and grafic. Hopely this application can present reaching of the productivity target. The reporting and solving of the problem can be traceable and recordedis better, so the history of the problem can be guided. Didalam sebuah organisasi kebutuhan data dan informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat menjadi hal penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan serta menjaga mutu yang dibangun merupakan tujuan akhir dari sebuah komitmen untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan adalah menjadi skala prioritas bagi perusahaan. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi sistem informasi, monitoring dan kontroling terhadap hasil produksi menjadi perhatian penting karena bertujuan untuk pencapaian target kapasitas produksi yang telah ditentukan. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses produksi akan menjadi masalah apabila tidak segera diketahui pokok permasalahan dan dicarikan solusinya karena secara langsung dapat mengganggu target produksi. Maka dengan ini penulis tertarik dan berminat untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi dan problem solvingdengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL, penulis berharap dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak perusahaandiharapkan mampu memberikan laporan secara cepat dan akurat serta laporan didokumentasikan dengan baik. Adapun tujuan atau output yang diharapkan adalah hasil proses produksi bisa terpantau sebagai bentuk evaluasi dan penilaian kinerja pada setiap departemen yang berupa data dan grafik. Aplikasi ini juga diharapkan dapat merepresentasikan pencapaian target produksi. Laporan setiap masalah dan penyelesaiannya dapat tertelusur dan tercatat dengan baik sehingga history permasalahan dapat terpantau.
