Abstract
BSD City merupakan proyek kota terencana dengan total luas lahan terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu sebesar 6.000 hektar. Dalam total luas lahan yang maha luas ini, BSD City membagi tiga tahap pembangunan dari total luas lahan yang direncanakan. Tahap awal seluas 1.300 hektar. Tahap kedua akan dikembangkan seluas 2.400 hektaree dan sisanya seluas 2.300 hektar. BSD City memiliki beberapa pusat perbelanjaan seperti BSD Plaza, ITC BSD, BSD Junction, Giant Hypermarket BSD, dan Teraskota. Di sini juga beberapa tempat rekreasi menarik seperti OceanPark Water Adventure seluas 7,5 hektaree yang merupakan salah satu Thematic Waterpark terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Dengan kemajuan kota tangerang selatan ini khususnya daerah bsd, maka membutuhkan perencanaan kota atau daerah yang baik pula agar menarik para berbagai pihak mengunjungi atau tinggal menetap didaerah ini. Dari sinilah kota BSD diminta agar mempunyai gagasan atau terobosan dalam menciptakan tatanan kota yang baik salah satu contohnya adalah tempat tinggal atau residences. Konsep dasar yang akan di gunakan dalam perancangan Housing di BSD ini adalah Arsitektur Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Architecture), penggunaan konsep ini diharapkan dapat mejawab salah satu permasalahan yang di angkat yaitu bangunan yang ramah lingkungan.BSD City is a planned city project with a total land area of the largest in Indonesia, which amounted to 6,000 hectares. With the advancement of the city's southern tangerang bsd particular area, then it requires planning of a city or area is also good to attract the various parties to visit or settle down in this area. From this town BSD requested in order to have an idea or breakthrough in creating good urban fabric one example is a residence or residences. The basic concept that will be used in the design are the BSD Housing in Sustainable Architecture (Sustainable Architecture), the use of this concept is expected to mejawab one of the problems that the lift is an environmentally friendly building..
