Abstract

Performance measurement is an essential for a company. To become the winner in the global competition. Recently financial performance measurement is not enough to reflect the real business performance. One of the performance measurement’s method is growth now days is balanced scorecard. The balanced scorecard concept measure the organization’ performance through four perspective that are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. Design Balanced Scorecard method is initiated by translating the visi misi, strategies formulation ,strategic objective and strategic measurement decision that made a strategy map. After the performance measurement system designed using Balanced Scorecard method, the weight of each perspective and subperspective then calculated using AHP. The performance score of each financial ; 3.5, customer;3.84, internal business process; 4.3, and learning and growth; 4 which mean good. the company considers four perspective to have equal weights in driving entire company’s performance. Thus performance score of PT. XYZ is 3.8 which mean good. keywords : Balanced Scorecard, Performance Measurement. Penilaian kinerja merupakan hal yang esensial bagi perusahaan, untuk memenangkan persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Dewasa ini pengukuran kerja secara financial tidak cukup mencerminkan kinerja organisasi sesungguhnya.Salah satu pengukuran kinerja yang saat ini berkembang adalah balanced scorecard. konsep Balanced Scorecard mengukur kinerja suatu organisasi dari empet perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelangan, perspektif proses bisnis internal serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Perancangan balanced scorecard dimulai dengan penerjemahan visi,misi, perumusan straregi, penentuan tujuan strategis dan ukuran strategis.yang kemudian dibuat peta strategi. Setelah dilakukan perancangan kemudian dilakukan pembobotan tingkat kepentingan masing perspektif dan subperspektif mengunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP). Nilai kinerja dari masing-masing perspective adalah perspektif keuangan ; 3.5, perpektif pelangan ; 3.84, proses bisnis internal 4.3 dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan ; 4 yang berarti baik..Untuk mendaptkan kinerja perusahaan keempat perspektif tersebut dilkukan pembobot sehinga hasil kinerja PT. XYZ adalah 3.8 yang berarti baik. Kata kunci : Balanced scorecad, Pengukuran Kinerja
