Abstract

Nowadays Pension fund foundation grow rapidly.It has to increase employee’s competences increase of how to give the best service to customer.One of that service is giving enough information of fund management to the customer of fund foundation.The objective of this minithesis is to analysis the application of pension fund accountancy for getting the calculation which cause agreat benefit for customer of pension fund foundation and accuracy accounting information that appropriate with UU Number 11 Year 1992 and PSAK Number 18 Year 2004.This research is done by literature analisys observation both by interview and survey the location where was located in Indonesian Post Office Corporation. Writer suggested Indonesian Post Office Corporation to calculate the benefit of pensiuon fund base on quantity times of work and prior service cost which appropriate with what employee has done during they work.So that the employee will do the best service for the foundation
