Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of the research is to find out empirical evidence of the influence of financial ratio on the growth of profit. This research used Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri as a sample. Data analysis was carried out in annual financial report in 2001–2008. The data component of financial ratio used is liquidity (FDR), solvability (CAR), and rentability (ROA). This research use linier regression to test the hypothesis which has developed. The result of path analysis shows that simultaneously the effect of financial ratio have influence the growth of profit. Keywords : Financial ratios (FDR, CAR, ROA) and Growth of profit.
