Abstract
ABSTRACT Thisresearchwasaimedtoanalysetheinfluenceofservicetowardtaxpayers’obedience.Grandtheoryusedforservicevariablewas A.Parasuraman,ValarieA.Zeithaml,danLeonardL.Berrywhichcoveredseveraldimensionssuchas:tangible,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,andempathy,whereastheoreticalfoundationforobediencevariablewasRochmatSoemitrotheorywhichincludedseveralaspectssuchas:counting,recounting,payingandreporting. Quantitativeapproachandcorrelationdesignweredeployedbyparticipating82samplesobtainedfromsimplerandomsamplingtechnique.Documentsanalysisandvalidandreliablequestionnaireswereusedtogetdata.RankSpearmanwereutilizedascorrelationtesting.ObtaineddatathenwereanalizedusingSPSSVer.16.D escriptiveanalysisindicatedthatservicewasinnormalcondition,whereastaxpayers’obediencerelativelygood.Moreover,hypothesistestingshowedthattherewaspositiveandsignificantcorrelationbetweenserviceandobedienceoftaxpayers.
