Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about evaluation of fraud in the procurement implementation with study cases of Project of Renovation of Mess Jambi in Jakarta year 2004 at Government of Province of Jambi. The purpose of this research is how to know the procurement implementation to be done by Government of Province of Jambi according to the Decree of President who Number 80 Year 2003 about guidance of procurement. This research was using of the descriptive qualitative. The result of this research will be showing that the direct appointment can only be applied with maximum Rp 50.000.000,00 and if the amount of project was aboved Rp 50.000.000,00 have to be applied with auction.
