Abstract
ABSTRACT The Research was about tax planning PPh 21 to increase the efficiency the fiscal expenses at PT. Elex Media Komputindo. The purpose of this research is how to know to minimalize the tax burden to get maximal profit after tax using the right metode. This research was using of the deskriptif. The result of this research will be showing that the employee bear the tax payable on their income were better than two alternatives which can make the company get more profit.
