Abstract
ABSTRACT This resears abaut the implementation of Accounting Information System the salary through computerization at educational institution “X”. The purpose of this research is to know how to generally control and application control of this system at educational foundation and will help identify the effects, advantages and disadvantages, in the implementation of this system information which will soon be useful in the management of salary system at educational foundation. This research will enhance the salary procedure, it will produce a descriptive qualitative output. The result of the research will be known as a system for general control and application in the computerized salary system at educational institution “X”, this will determine that the salary computerization will be good for the foundation in most ways, this can be visible and will be made useful also in organizational planning structure, details of the duties and responsibilities of everyone in the position. The outhor of this research suggests for this system to be used in the general control such as records/registration procedures by using flowcharts, using abbreviations and making separate documents in document control and having the hardware and system control that will change the old systems procedure into a new computerized and standardized system. In conclusion, the accounting information system records and salary computerization will help make the management more effective an will cater faster service to the employees of the educational foundation.
