Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sudah sangat pesat, internet sebagai salah satu sarana informasi yang populer pada saat ini semakin banyak digunakan. Jangkauan internet cukup luas sehingga digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi dan penyampaian berita dari sebuah kegiatan. Di dunia pemerintrahan saat ini penggunaan web site juga sudah mulai diperkenalkan, baik dalam pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat maupun dalam hal penyampaian informasi tentang data-data kantor. Hal ini melatarbelakangi penulis untuk membuat sebuah web site informasi instansi pemerintah yang berjudul “SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI DATA PENDUDUK PADA SUKU DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA ADMINISTRASI JAKARTA BARAT BERBASIS WEB”. Tujuan dari pembuatan web site ini adalah untuk memudahkan penyampaian informasi data penduduk dari tingkat Kelurahan ke tingkat Suku Dinas dan juga untuk menjaga arsip yang selama ini tersimpan dalam bentuk tumpukan-tumpukan kertas yang bisa menyebabkan arsip tersebut hilang ataupun tercecer. Web site ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya Kata kunci: Data Penduduk, Penduduk, Kependudukan, Lahir, Mati, Kedatangan, Kepindahan The development of information technology is now very fast, one of the internet as a popular means of information at this time more widely used. Range large enough to use the internet as a means to convey information and news delivery from an activity. In the world today pemerintrahan web site usage also been introduced, both in the provision of information to the public and in terms of the delivery of information about the data office. This lies behind the author to create a government agency information web site entitled "SYSTEM DATA INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT OF POPULATION POPULATION OF INTEREST MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND CIVIL REGISTRY WEST JAKARTA BASED WEB". The purpose of this site is to facilitate the submission of data on population information from village level to the sub-department level and also to maintain records that had been stored in the form of stacks of paper can lead to lost or scattered archives.
