Abstract

Sistem Informasi Tata Persuratan sangat berperan penting dalam pengelolaan surat di kantor Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan, sehingga diharapkan pengelolaan surat dapat dilakukan dengan lebih baik dan lebih mudah. Dengan adanya Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Tata Persuratan dapat mengurangi terjadinya pengulangan dalam pengkodean surat di lembar disposisi, kesulitan serta waktu yang di habiskan untuk proses pencarian data-data surat, dan memperbaiki manajemen dari pengarsipan surat yang sudah ada. Sistem Informasi manajemen tata persuratan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Perancangan sistem ini memiliki komponen seperti data surat masuk, data surat keluar, dan disposisi. Sistem ini membuat solusi lebih cepat dalam proses persuratan dan pengarsipan. Kata kunci: Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, Disposisi, PHP, Mysql Information Systems mailing very important role in the management letter at the office of Directorate General Electricity. So expect the management letter can be done better and easier. With the Application Procedures Information Systems mailing can reduce the occurrence of repetition in coding letters in the disposition sheet, the difficulty and the time spent for searching in the data the letter, and improve management of existing archiving mail. Management Information Systems mailing system is built using PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL for database processing. The design of these systems have components such as data incoming mail, outgoing mail of data, and the disposition.
