Abstract

Knowledge Management atau pengelolaan pengetahuan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Penerapan knowledge management dapat menimbulkan dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Penyebaran SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) pada PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk masih dilakukan secara manual. KMS berbasis web ini mempermudah para staff divisi TI untuk mendapatkan SOP dan pengetahuan di bidang TI. Selain itu juga akan diadakan kuis untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengetahuan yang telah dimiliki para staff divisi TI. Dalam merancang KMS (Knowledge Management System) berbasis webini dimodelkan dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language) meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Class Diagram. KMS ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat staff dalam mendapatkan SOP maupun pengetahuan. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management System, UML (Unified Modeling Language), kuis Knowledge management is a very important thing for the company.
