Abstract
Sistem Informasi kepegawaian merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk proses penyimpanan dan pengolahan data kepegawaian, untuk mendukung operasional kepegawaian. Dengan seiringnya perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi, kebutuhan akan informasi saat ini semakin meningkat seperti halnya dalam meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan dalam mengelola informasi. Namun dalam hal ini pelaksanaan Sistem informasi kepegawaian pada SPBU 34 - 15127 masih mengalami beberapa kendala, seperti dalam hal pengolahan data pegawai, absensi, jadwal kerja, pengajuan cuti dan penggajian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, dapat di ketahui bahwa informasi kepegawaian pada SPBU 34 - 15127 saat ini masih mengalami kendala, dikarnakan ada beberapa proses pengolahan data yang masih bersifat konvensional, dan masih belum terintegrasinya data-data pegawai dengan data-data sub kegiatan lain seperti data penggajian, data pegawai, data jadwal kerja, data cuti dan data absensi. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang optimalnya pengolahan informasi karena dengan cara yang digunakan saat ini dan waktu yang di butuhkan untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan informasi cukup lama. Pada akhirnya penulis membangun sebuah sistem monitoring berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil yang diharapkan dari sistem ini dapat membantu bagian kepegawaian sebagai penyedia informasi kepegawaian. But in this case the implementation of information systems personnel in retail outlets 34-15127 still having some problems, such as in the case of data processing employees, absenteeism, work schedules, leave and payroll submission. Based on the results of the study authors, can be in the know that the personnel information on the pump 34-15127 is still having problems, there are a few dikarnakan data processing is still conventional, and still not integrated with the employee data data sub other activities such as data payroll, employee data, the data work schedule, the data leave and attendance data. This leads to less optimal processing because of the way information is used at the moment and time is needed to meet all the information needs long enough. In the end, the authors build a web-based monitoring system using PHP programming language and MySQL database using the waterfall method.
