Abstract

Sistem Aplikasi Pemeriksaan Fisik Barang Impor Terpadu (TPS - TPFT) yang melibatkan beberapa instansi, yaitu Direktorat Jenderal Bea Cukai (DJBC), Badan Karantina Hewan dan Tumbuhan (Kementerian Pertanian) serta Badan Karantina Ikan (Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan) sebagai solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi segala permasalahan yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dalam rangka percepatan pelayanan dan modernisasi Pelabuhan khususnya dalam proses pelayanan pemeriksaan fisik barang impor. Badan Karantina Hewan dan Tumbuhan (Kementerian Pertanian), Badan Karantina Ikan (Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan) dan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok telah mempersiapkan teknis pemeriksaan fisik berdasarkan manajemen resiko masing-masing yang dipadukan sehingga bersinergi dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga pengimplementasian Sistem Aplikasi Pemeriksaan Fisik Barang Impor Terpadu (TPS - TPFT) ini tidak mengubah bisnis proses dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berjalan di masing masing instansi. Pada akhirnya kontainer/barang yang terkena aturan wajib periksa fisik oleh masing-masing instansi harus sudah mendapatkan persetujuan dari pihak Direktorat Bea Cukai dan Badan Karantina. So that the implementation of Sistem Aplikasi Pemeriksaan Fisik Barang Impor Terpadu (TPS - TPFT) This does not change the business processes and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that runs on each agency.
