Abstract
An expert system techniques in receiving and integrating knowledge. This knowledge is the result Obtained by an expert of his experiences working on their respective expertise. Some understanding of the use and the ability to communicate with users, it will all be explained in the knowledge base, user interface, inference engine of a mechanism. In this thesis will be made a damage identification system on Honda beat, based on common defects using mobilebased program that can be used by bikers, Instant especially Honda beat motorcycle. This system Explains the symptoms, the damage characteristics, detection methods, and the solutions to Overcome the Damage to beat Honda motorcycles. Tracking method used is the method of trace-forward (Forward Chaining). This method begins by checking the facts or rules / rule to be able to reach a conclusion, while the search method used is the best first search method (Best First Search). By using this expert system is expected to reduce human error in identifying symptoms motorcycles, especially Honda beat motorcycles, because the system is very helpful for Honda beat motorcycle riders through the interface that is provided, so just simply holding the phone or cellular phone have been able to identify damage to the motor by selecting symptoms prompted by the system. Keywords : Damage Identification of motorcycles, Honda Beat motorcycles, Mobile. Sistem pakar merupakan teknik dalam menerima dan memadukan pengetahuan. Pengetahuan ini merupakan hasil yang diperoleh seorang pakar dari pengalamannya bekerja pada keahliannya masing-masing. Beberapa pengertian dari pemakaian serta kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan pemakai, semua itu akan diterangkan dalam basis pengetahuan, antar muka, mesin dari sebuah mekanisme inferensi. Didalam skripsi ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem pengidentifikasian kerusakan pada motor Honda beat, berdasarkan kerusakankerusakan umum dengan menggunakan program yang berbasiskan mobile agar dapat digunakan secara luas oleh para pengendara sepeda motor khususnya sepeda motor Honda beat. Sistem ini menjelaskan mengenai gejala kerusakan, ciri kerusakan, cara pendeteksian, dan solusi untuk mengatasi kerusakan pada sepeda motor Honda beat. Metode pelacakan yang dipakai adalah metode pelacakan ke depan (Forward Chaining). Metode ini dimulai dengan mengecek fakta-fakta atau kaidah/ketentuan untuk dapat memperoleh kesimpulan, sedangkan metode pencarian yang digunakan yaitu metode pencarian terbaik pertama (Best First Search). Dengan menggunakan sistem pakar ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesalahan manusia (Human Error) dalam mengidentifikasi gejala kerusakan sepeda motor khususnya sepeda motor Honda beat, karena sistem ini sangat membantu para pengendara sepeda motor Honda beat melalui interface yang disediakan, sehingga hanya cukup memegang handphone atau telpon selular saja sudah dapat melakukan identifikasi kerusakan motor dengan memilih gejala yang ditanyakan oleh sistem.
