Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepat. adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan, saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. AstraWorld khususnya bagian General Affairs membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan layanan yang memuaskan bagi karyawan, karena ada beberapa kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses pencatatan pemesanan ruang rapat, peminjaman mobil kantor, permintaan barang alat tulis kantor sampai pembuatan laporan. sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahanpermasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini. Kata Kunci : Layanan, Sistem Informasi Right now in this era of globalization, the information technology accelerates so fast. Meanwhile with the presence of computer which is one of many sophisticated instruments made by people is really helpul and ease people’s work due to the emerging of both the hardware and software. AstraWorld specially General Affairs very needs an information system which support and gives contented service to all employee. because there are activities still done manually. starting from registration booking meeting room, borrowing office car, request stationary until making the reports. one of the those phases might trigger some mistake is doing the registration. The Computerized system is only the best solution to solve some problems appeared in this company, but also whit the computerized system the company would attain enormous since they are capable of doing those activities effectively and efficiently.
