Abstract

Administrasi adalah usaha dan kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan penyelengaraan untuk mencapai tujuan. Sistem administrasi merupakan sebuah solusi untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan kegiatan administrasi yang ada pada SMK Bangun Nusantara. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi ini yang nantinya dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Data tersebut meliputi data siswa, pembayaran SPP, pembayaran lainnya, pengajuan kegiatan, pengajuan sarana dan pembuatan laporan. Rancangan sistem administrasi ini akan memberikan informasi yang akan digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan yang dihasilkan harus cepat dan tepat. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi yang dibangun dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan teknik pemrograman berorientasi objek, yaitu Unified Modeling language (UML). Dan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Spiral. Sistem administrasi pada SMK Bangun Nusantara ini di rancang HTML, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Kata Kunci : Sistem Administrasi, Sekolah, PHP Administration is the business and activities relating to management to achieve the goals. Administration system is a solution to provide ease of administration activities that existed at SMK Bangun Nusantara. Makes it easy for admins to perform data processing with a administration system. Includes data the students of data, tuition payments, other payment, filing activity, filing and reporting facilities. Design of administration system will provide information that will be used as a guide in every decision made must be precise and fast. In the design of information systems are built in this thesis uses object-oriented programming techniques, the Unified Modeling Language (UML). And the development model used is Spiral model. The administration system at SMK Bangun Nusantara in the design of HTML, PHP, and MySQL as the database. Keywords: Administration System , School, PHP
