Abstract

The development of technology is more advanced, the survey was used with online media for easy filling. At this time, there are many surveys conducted by distributing questionnaires using paper or a call is not computerized, so it caused the value of the information obtained from the respondents are less effective and efficient. Media using paper takes place pretty much and not practical in a survey taker. Therefore, the author intends to build APPLICATION FRAMEWORK BASED ONLINE SURVEY AND PHP ExtJS. Keywords: survey, ext JS, online, PHP, survey online with ext JS and PHP. Perkembangan teknologi sudah semakin maju, maka survey pun digunakan dengan media online agar mudah pengisiannya. Pada saat ini, survey masih banyak dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner dengan menggunakan kertas atau menelepon yang belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga hal ini menyebabkan nilai suatu informasi yang didapat dari responden masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Media menggunakan kertas membutuhkan tempat yang cukup banyak dan tidak praktis dalam pencatat hasil survey. Oleh sebab itu penulis bermaksud membangun APLIKASI SURVEY ONLINE BERBASIS FRAMEWORK EXTJS DAN PHP. Kata kunci : survey, ext JS, online, PHP, survey online dengan ext JS dan PHP
