Abstract

At this time of mobile technology has become part of our daily lives. Almost all societies and middle and upper middle class have a cell phone, PDA, or the like. They use mobile technology for a variety of needs, such as communicating through text messages, communicating via voice, email checking and a variety of other needs. The problems that arise with a wide range of difficulties experienced by the people of Indonesia in seeking information about schools, pushed for Search Applications elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), upper secondary schools and universities in order to facilitate the public to find information about the school quickly and practical use phonegap framework. KEY: PHONEGAP, SCHOOL DATA Pada saat ini teknologi mobile pun telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Hampir semua kalangan masyarakat menengah keatas maupun menengah kebawah memiliki telepon seluler, PDA, ataupun sejenisnya. Mereka menggunakan teknologi mobile untuk berbagai macam kebutuhan, seperti berkomunikasi melalui pesan teks, berkomunikasi melalui suara, memeriksa email dan berbagai kebutuhan lain. Permasalahan yang muncul dengan berbagai macam kesulitan yang dialami masyarakat Indonesia dalam mencari informasi mengenai sekolah, mendorong dibuatnya Aplikasi Pencarian Sekolah dasar (SD) , Sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) , Sekolah menengah atas dan Perguruan Tinggi agar memudahkan masyarakat mencari informasi mengenai sekolah dengan cepat dan praktis menggunakan framework phonegap.
