Abstract
Perkembangan dunia kesehatan telah memasuki era globalisasi yang didominasi dengan lahirnya teknologi terkini. Semua dapat dijalankan dengan komputer yang dapat dikendalikan dan dioperasikan oleh manusia. Proses pencatatan yang dilakukan di dalam apotek Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah masih menggunakan proses pencatatan manual dan dalam pengolahannya masih menggunakan Ms Excel. Oleh karena itu mengingat banyaknya data yang harus dikelolah oleh bagian yang tercakup di dalam apotek, yang berkaitan dengan keluar masuknya jumlah obat yang tidak tetap setiap harinya dan pembuatan laporan stok obat. Pembuatan database obat ini untuk membantu pihak apotek dalam mengolah data obat. Pembuatan database obat pada apotek ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemograman PHP, sedangkan database yang digunakan adalah MYSQL. Analisis dan perancangan yang dilakukan seperti langkah-langkah yang ada pada salah satu proses rekayasa perangkat lunak yaitu menggunakan model waterfall. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, data-data yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan apotik dapat tersimpan dengan baik dalam database, sehingga mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data dan pembuatan laporan persediaan obat. Kata kunci : Apotik, Puskesmas kecamatan palmerah, PHP, MySq The world health has now developed significanly. It has been influenced of entering the new era globally dominated by nowadays technology which is called computer. It can be controlled and operated by human need and want. In some health institution, such as, hospital, the computer is able to process of recording, instead of some traditional process, namely, by using only such as, ms excel. However, this process is not able to meet the need to this task. For example, in Jakarta, at Palmerah district health center’s pharmacy, the process is still used. Therefore considering the amount of data that must be managed, covered by the, and the turnover number of drugs at the pharmacy, need to build a database system. This is in order to help the pharmacies in data processing. There are some database programming, however, the writer choose PHP programming language, while the database used is MySQL. Analysis and design are performed with the waterfall model. With this database application, the data relating to the management of the pharmacy can be well-stored. So the data management and report generation drug supplies can be simply-used and performed. Key words: Pharmacy, Palmerah District health center, PHP, MySql
