Abstract
A big Hospital should produce good profit if it’s data and information is well-managed. Otherwise will be deffered if the data or informations on it aren’t accurate or lost, like out of drugs, exaggerate, nor expired etc. Effectiveness and efficiency of process on medical instance, especially on time problem which very need structure design and hospital information system. In hospital, usage rate of information technology could be medical record, medication service, drugs data storage, to transaction report. Where if that information is manage well will minimalize deffered and maximalize profit. This hospital information system created using VB and MYSQL.
