Abstract

Currently, computer technology is developing very fast. Various application, sofware help facilitate the day to day activity. The one is the Desktop Database Application. This application is very important to aid and speed up the work, especially in the office because very being done by computerized. Desktop Application is an application that can run alone or independently without using a browser or internet connection in an autonomous computer with a particular operating system or platforms. Therefore in this thesis, I would like to develop a Desktop Database Application Programming with Java. The application is in use for input and display employee data. The application using Netbean IDE 7.1.2 and MySql Pada jaman sekarang ini teknologi komputer berkembang sangat cepat. Berbagai aplikasi, software diciptakan untuk membantu mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, salah satunya adalah aplikasi database dekstop. Aplikasi ini sangat penting untuk membantu dan mempercepat pekerjaan aktivitas keseharian karena di lakukan secara komputerisasi. Aplikasi desktop adalah suatu aplikasi yang dapat berjalan sendiri atau independen tanpa menggunakan browser atau koneksi internet di suatu komputer otonom dengan operating system atau platfom tertentu. Oleh karena itu pada tugas akhir ini, Penulis ingin membuat pemograman Aplikasi database dekstop dengan Java. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk input dan menampilkan data karyawan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan beberapa sofware yaitu Netbean IDE 7.1.2 Dan MySql. Kata kunci : Database, platform, Aplikasi Desktop
