Abstract
Dalam era keterbukaan informasi publik, memacu instansi pemerintah untuk menggunakan teknologi-teknologi yang canggih dalam bidang informasi. Bagi instansi pemerintah yang membidangi pelayanan kepada masyarakat seyogyanya telah memiliki teknologi informasi yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dengan mudah. Dit Kamneg Baintelkam Polri yang salah satu bidang tugasnya melakukan pengawasan terhadap peredaran bahan peledak komersial baik secara administrasi maupun secara fisik, dituntut dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada masyarakat, khususnya badan usaha yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan bahan pledak komersial tersebut. Seiring dengan pekembangan yang sangat pesat dibidang teknologi, terutama teknologi informasi, akan mendorong munculnya inovasi baru dalam penyajian informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat terkait dengan bahan peledak komersial. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka informasi yang disampaikan harus terkomputerisasi agar informasi yang diberikan lebih akurat, sehingga dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas, mengurangi kesalahan dalam penghitungan jumlah bahan peledak komersial dan lebih efsien dalam penyimpanan dokumen. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut penulis bermaksud membangun suatu "Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pengawasan Peredaran Bahan Peledak Komersial Pada Dit Kamneg Baintelkam Polri Berbasis Web". Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Bahan Peledak Komersial, Baintelkam Polri. In this era of public information, encourage government agencies to use advanced technologies in the field of information. For government agencies in charge of public services should have had information technology accessible to people with ease. Dit Kamneg Baintelkam Polri one area of his duties to supervise the distribution of explosives commercial both administrative and physical, are required to provide accurate information to the public, especially the business entities associated with the use of commercial explosives. Along with the rapid developments in technology, particularly information technology, will encourage the emergence of new innovations in the presentation of the required information related to the commercial explosives. To overcome these problems the presented information should be computerized so that more accurate information, thus reducing the use of paper, reducing errors in the calculation of the amount of commercial explosives and more efsien in document storage.
