Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi bertambah pesat, utamanya dalam bidang teknologi informasi berbasis web dan dalam perkembangannya website merupakan media tercepat dan terluas untuk menyajikan berbagai informasi mengenai berbagai macam hal seperti bencana banjir dan lain-lain. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat menyebabkan timbulnya berbagai macam pemikiran untuk memanfaatkan teknologi website tersebut untuk menciptakan suatu media informasi yang mampu bekerja secara cepat memberikan informasi mengenai bencana banjir di daerah Jakarta barat dan memberikan informasi mengenai rute jalan bebas banjir yang bisa di lalui oleh masyarakat melalui peta. Adapun beberapa tahapan pembangunan dimulai dengan menganalisa sistem yang akan dibangun, pengumpulan spesifikasi kebutuhan, menganalisis kekurangan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam sistem dan pendeskripsian perencanaan pembangunan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pembangunan aplikasi yaitu pemograman PHP yang terintegrasi dengan basis data MySql, analisa dan perancangan menggunakan use case dan ERD (Entity Relationship-Diagram) yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah gambaran pengolahan dan pengelolaan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aplikasi web ini telah dapat mengolah data dari beberapa sumber informasi banjir dan kemudian menampilkan informasi daerah banjir berupa titik lokasi dan daerah bebas banjir pada MERCU BUANA Kata Kunci: Informasi, Banjir, Jakarta Barat The development of information technology increases rapidly, especially in the field of information technology and in the development of web-based website is the fastest and widest media to present a variety of information about a variety of things such as floods and others. Along with the rapid technological development which has led to the emergence of a wide range of ideas for using technology to create a website that information media can work quickly provide information on floods in West Jakarta area and provide information on flood-free route that can pass by the community through the map. The several stages of development starts by analyzing the system to be built, the requirements specification gathering, analyzing flaws and obstacles encountered in the description of the planning system and development. The method applied in the construction of the application that is integrated with programming PHP MySql database, analysis and design using use case and ERD (Entity-Relationship Diagram) that serves to facilitate image processing and data management.Based on research, web application has been able to process data from multiple sources of information flooding and then display the information flooging the form of point locations and flood free area on the map.
