Abstract

Technological developments, especially mobile devices have a positive impact on human continuity in running activities. Mobile devices is growing very rapidly with a sophisticated platform. Mobile devices are designed with the aim to allow users to communicate and access information. One of the devices that demand today is the device with Android operating system. One implementation from utilization of operating system android is making application services mobile for customers in a company. As designed the PT Pegadaian with sharia service. Application Pegadaian Sharia mobile this is for customers to aware of information in form of data jewelries pawned and the deadline redemption. In addition, these applications can facilitate customers to make an appointment date of redemption to the Sharia service unit officer. In carrying out routine daily transactions, service unit officer using a web-based application of sharia that are engaged on a LAN or wireless network to access the Web Server and Database Server. With the application of Sharia Mobile, it is expected that customers can monitor independently pawned jewelry and immediately made a promise of redemption if the redemption deadline is getting MERCUT BIJANA closer. So that customers can be guaranteed jewelry existence and jewelry not auctioned off. Service unit officers can also prepare soon jewelry customer when getting a message the promise of redemption, so that the process is getting faster on the redemption of jewelry. Keyword: mobile device, android, Pegadaian Syariah Perkembangan teknologi, terutama mobile device telah membawa dampak positif bagi kehidupan manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Mobile device berkembang sangat cepat dengan platform yang canggih. Mobile device dirancanng dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam berkomunikasi dan mengakses informasi. Salah satu perangkat mobile device yang diminati saat ini adalah perangkat mobile device dengan sistem operasi android. Salah satu implementasi dari pemanfaatan sistem operasi android adalah pembuatan aplikasi layanan mobile untuk nasabah pada suatu perusahaan. Seperti yang dirancang pada PT Pegadaian dengan pelayanan Syariah. Aplikasi Pegadaian Syariah Mobile ini diperuntukan bagi nasabah untuk mengetahui informasi berupa data perhiasan yang digadaikan beserta batas waktu penebusan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini menfasilitasi nasabah untuk dapat membuat janji tanggal penebusan kepada petugas unit pelayanan syariah. Dalam melaksanakan transaksi rutin sehari-hari, petugas unit pelayanan syariah menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang terhubungan pada jaringan LAN atau nirkabel untuk mengakses Web Server dan Database Server. MERCU Dengan adanya aplikasi Pegadaian laian Syariah Syariah Mobile Mobile ini, ini, diharapl diharapkan nasabah dapat memonitoring secara mandiri perhiasan yang digadaikan dan segera membuat janji penebusan jika batas waktu penebusan semakin dekat. Sehingga perhiasan nasabah dapat terjamin keberadaan dan perhiasan tidak terlelang. Petugas unit pelayanan syariah juga dapat segera mempersiapkan perhiasan nasabah ketika mendapatkan pesan janji penebusan, sehingga proses penebusan perhiasan semakin cepat.
