Abstract

This thesis was made in order to determine how much of the correlation of quality of service and promotion mix on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative causal design. Data collection method used is through the study of literature, observation and interviews. The study was conducted at the General Post Office Jakarta, the number of respondents 350. From these results it is known that the quality of service and promotion mix has a positive and significant correlation to the performance of the company, in this case PT Pos Indonesia. Promotion mix has a higher correlation to the performance of the company compared to the quality of service. Keywords: quality of service, promotion mix, the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) ABSTRAK Tesis ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar korelasi kualitas layanan dan bauran promosi terhadap kinerja PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif dengan disain kausal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan interview. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Pos Besar Jakarta, dengan jumlah responden 350. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kualitas layanan dan bauran promosi memiliki korelasi yang positif dan significant terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dalam hal ini PT Pos Indonesia. Bauran promosi memiliki korelasi yang lebih tinggi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dibandingkan dengan kualitas layanan. Kata Kunci : kualitas layanan, bauran promosi, kinerja PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)
