Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of discipline on outsourcing employee performance and motivation Mandiri Bank Retail Risk Group either individually or together. In this study to obtain data with field research conducted through observation dan distributing questionnaires to all outsourcing employee of Mandiri Bank Retail Risk Group as respondents and literature study. The research method is quatitative analisys, using statistical techniques. Step-by-step method of research was conducted with test reliability, validity test, correlation analysis, multiple reggresion analysis, significance and analysis of partial and simultancous determination. The result showed that discipline and motivation have a significant positive impact on performance. From the results of this study also note that discipline variables on the dimensions environmental factors are more influential on performance. And also the dimensions of motivation variables on the dimensions of instrinsic motivation is have more influence on the the performance variables on behavioral dimensions of work. The result showed also that the dominant influence of discipline on performance. Keywords : Discipline, motivation, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai outsourcing Bank Mandiri Retail Risk Group baik secara masing-masing maupun bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan melakukan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada semua pegawai outsourcing Bank Mandiri Retail Rik Group sebagai responden serta melalui studi pustaka. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif , uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, uji signifikansi partial dan simultan serta analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini pula diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin pada dimensi faktor lingkungan lebih berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja pada dimensi output kerja. Dan juga variabel motivasi pada dimensi motivasi instrinsik lebih berpengaruh terhadap dimensi perilaku kerja. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pula bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja lebih dominan terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : disiplin, motivasi, kinerja
