Abstract

Along with rising of PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi market share in 2010, forcing productivity increation of production system. In this thesis discuss the determination of corrective measures that will be done by first finding the root cause of low productivity of KSM III, Hi-Pack Hi-Pack IV and Hi-Pack V stripping machine in Primary Packaging Line of Non Sterile Production PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Six big losses which disadvantage of production process are classified to determine OEE factors: availability, performance and quality. Differences between the values obtained from the OEE calculation results with the expected target from company is the b n asis for analysis of the factors causing losses and get the root causes for which the determining step improvement by using a cause effect diagram, 5 whys method and PDCA cycle. Key Word : Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Cause Effect Diagram, 5 Whys, PDCA Cycle Seiring naiknya market share PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada tahun 2010, maka produktifitas alat produksi harus ditingkatkan. Dalam tugas akhir ini dibahas mengenai penentuan langkah perbaikan yang akan dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu mencari akar dari permasalahan rendahnya produktifitas mesin stripping KSM III, Hi-Pack IV dan Hi-Pack V di pengemas primer produksi non steril PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Six big losses yang merupakan kerugian dalam proses produksi diklasifikasikan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor OEE yaitu availability, performance dan quality. Perbedaan antara nilai OEE yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan dengan target yang diharapkan perusahaan merupakan dasar untuk analisis faktor penyebab losses serta mendapatkan akar permasalahan untuk yang menjadi dasar menentukan langkah perbaikan dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat, metode 5 whys dan siklus PDCA. Kata kunci : Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Diagram Sebab Akibat, 5 Whys, siklus PDCA.
