Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction to organizational commitment. The location for this research is PT. Bahana Prestasi that located in Cileungsi, Cibitung and Jakarta. This research was done to 124 respondents by using quantitive- descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statiscic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that eiter simultaneously or partially, the variabel of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment of the employee of PT. Bahana Prestasi. It has been proven from the result of (f) simultan test which shows confer (40,640) with significant point (0.000) which is much smaller than alpha 0.05. Along with the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables succesion as big as 0.01, 0.06 and 0.001 which is smaller than alpha 0.05. Therefore, the accepted assumption is H0 rejected. Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional, serta kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Tempat penelitian ini adalah PT. Bahana Prestasi yang berlokasi di Cileungsi, Cibitung, dan Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 124 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analasis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara partial dan simultan, variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Bahana Prestasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) yang menunjukkan nilai 40,640 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari nilai alfa 0,05. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang masing-masing sebesar 0.01, 0.06 dan 0.001, yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Karena itu, hipotesa yang diterima dari kedua uji tersebut adalah menolak H0. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional
