Abstract
PT. Energi Mega Persada membutuhkan sistem terintegrasi untuk memfasilitasi perusahaan dengan kinerja yang tinggi, integrasi yang baik, mampu memberikan Informasi yang jelas dan tepat waktu. Untuk itu diperlukan ERP Software untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pemilihan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada PT. EMP. Terdapat 5 ERP Software yang akan dipilih oleh perusahaan yaitu SAP ERP, Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Infor ERP, dan Epicor ERP. Terdapat 17 kriteria yang akan diteliti dalam pemilihan ini yaitu Functionality, Technical Criteria, Cost, Service and support, Vision, System Reliability, Compatibility with other systems, Ease with customisation, Market position of the vendor, Better fit with organisational structure, Domain knowledge of suppliers, References of the vendor, Fit with parent/allied organisation systems, Cross-module integration, Implementation time, Methodology of the software, and Consultancy.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa ANP untuk menyeleksi ERP Software yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT. EMP. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh ERP Software yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari PT EMP yaitu SAP ERP diikuti oleh Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Infor ERP, dan Epicor ERP. Kata Kunci: ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning, Software, Software Selection, ANP, Analytic Network Process PT. Energi Mega Persada require an integrated system to facilitate companies with high performance, good integration, able to provide Information that is clear and timely. It required the ERP Software to meet those needs. This thesis aims to find out about the selection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT. EMP. There are 5 ERP Software to be selected by the company there are SAP ERP, Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX, ERP Infor, and Epicor ERP. There are 17 criteria that will be investigated in this election are Functionality, Technical Criteria, Cost, Service and support, Vision, System Reliability, Compatibility with other systems, Ease with customisation, Market position of the vendor, Better fit with organizational structure, domain knowledge of suppliers, References of the vendors, Fit with parent / allied organization systems, cross - module integration, Implementation time, Methodology of the software, and Consultancy. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the methods of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses the ANP analysis techniques for selecting ERP Software that fits the needs of PT. EMP. The results of this study were obtained ERP Software that fits the needs of PT EMP is SAP ERP followed by the Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, ERP Infor, and Epicor ERP.
