Abstract

Zakat adalah jumlah harta tertentu yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh orang yang beragama islam dan diberikan kepada golongan yang berhak menerimanya ada delapan golongan yaitu ( Fakir, Miskin, Amil, Muallaf, Riqab, Gharim, Sabiililah, Ibnu sabiil ) menurut ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarak. Hukum zakat yaitu zakat merupakan salah satu rukun islam dan menjadi salah satu unsur pokok bagi tegaknya syariat islam. Oleh sebab itu hukum zakat adalah wajib atas semua muslim yang telah memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu. Masjid Jami Al Anwar merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memiliki kegiatan salah satunya sebagai menggalang dana khusunya zakat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu menerima, mengelola dan menyalurkan zakat untuk wilayah Jakarta Barat Sukabumi Utara. Saat ini sistem zakat yang ada belum terintegrasi antara bagian penghimpunan dengan bagian penyaluran, pencatatan, penerimaan dengan pengelolaan penyaluran memiliki sistem yang terpisah satu sama lain. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini manajemen zakat sudah berpindah dari proses manual ke proses komputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, dalam pengembangan sisitem ini menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modelling Languange) Seperti Use case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Squence Diagram dan Class Diagram, dan Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan ialah scripting PHP dan database MySQL dengan melihat permasalahan diatas akhirnya penulis tertarik untuk membuat ” Perancangan Sistem Pengelolaan Dan Penyaluran Zakat Berdasarkan Data Warga”. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi tersebut penulis berharap dapat mempermudah pengelolaan dan penyaluran zakat tersebut. Zakat is a certain amount of property that must be paid by Islamic religious person and given to groups who deserve it. There are eight groups, They are Fakir, Miskin, Amil, Muallaf, Riqab, gharim, Sabiililah, Ibun sabiil in accordance by Syarak. Zakat Regulation is one of the five pillars of Islam. Therefore, the law of zakat is obligatory for all Muslims who are qualified - specific. Jami Al Anwar is one of the financial institutions that have one activity to raise funds especially as zakat . The Activities are receiving , managing and distributing Zakat to the South Sukabumi area in West Jakarta . Currently zakat system has not been integrated between the accumulation of the parts distribution ,record data , acceptance by management of the distribution has a separate system to each other . With today's technology development charity management has moved from a manual process to a computerized process and using the waterfall method to resolve all the problems in zakat system. In this system development using object -oriented analysis method UML ( Unified Modeling Language) example Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, squence diagram and Class Diagrams. And then for the programming language used is Scripting PHP and Database MySQL.With all the cases in zakat system, Author interested to make essay with title “ Design and Distribution of Zakat Management System base on Data Based Residents " . With this essay the author hope to simplify the management and distribution of zakat .
