Abstract

Location is one of the important things when we are going to buy or rent property. From that location can be determined what existing facilities in the vicinity (nearby). In this study the authors build a Geographic Information System (GIS) that can map the existence of a property on a map. In addition, the facilities around the property (nearby) can be determined easily by simply choosing the details of the property, any user can make reservations up to property occurred in the field and recording the transaction in the notary. The author does not use a special mapping software. In the process of spatial data (maps forming elements) and non-spatial (attribute map), the author uses the API (Application Programming Interface) of Google maps and the MySQL database. Non-spatial data obtained from real estate agent Indohouse Bekasi. The system also provides information about the property (nearby) are implemented using Foursquare. Property transactions which occure both sales and rental will be differentiated status to available, booking, deal and sold. Status of transaction can be seen by the user. This system also has the frontend (the part that interacts directly with the general user) and backend (admin special section). Each transaction will be recorded in the database transaction reporting system that can be printed as needed. This Geographic Information System (GIS) is a dynamic website with CMS (content management system) and has an interactive map that is expected to attract consumers, especially in real estate agent Indohouse Bekasi. Keywords: Foursquare, GIS, Google maps, Property. Lokasi merupakan salah satu hal penting saat kita akan membeli atau menyewa properti. Dari lokasi tersebut dapat diketahui apa saja fasilitas yang ada di sekitarnya (nearby). Dalam penelitian ini penulis membangun Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang dapat memetakan keberadaan properti pada peta. Di samping itu fasilitas di sekitar properti (nearby) dapat diketahui dengan mudah dengan hanya memilih rincian properti, user pun dapat melakukan pemesanan properti hingga terjadi transaksi di lapangan dan pencatatan di notaris. Penulis tidak menggunakan perangkat lunak khusus pemetaan. Dalam mengolah data spasial (unsur pembentuk peta) dan non-spasial (atribut peta), penulis menggunakan API (Application Programming Interface) dari Google maps serta basis data MySQL. Data non-spasial didapat dari agen properti Indohouse Bekasi. Sistem pun menyediakan informasi sekitar properti (nearby) yang diimplementasikan menggunakan Foursquare. Transaksi properti yang terjadi baik penjualan maupun penyewaan akan dibedakan statusnya menjadi available, booking, deal dan sold. Status tersebut dapat dilihat perkembangannya oleh user. Sistem ini pun memiliki frontend (bagian yang berinteraksi langsung dengan user umum) dan backend(bagian khusus admin). Setiap transaksi yang terjadi akan dicatat dalam basis data sistem sehingga laporan transaksi dapat dicetak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan demikian Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) ini merupakan website dinamis dengan CMS (Content Management System) serta memiliki peta interaktif sehingga diharapkan dapat menarik minat konsumen terutama pada agen properti Indohouse Bekasi.
