Abstract
PT Purindo Sukses adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengembang perumahan sederhana, perusahaan ini terletak di desa Cibarusah, Cikarang – Jawa Barat. PT Purindo Sukses berdiri sejak tahun 1995. Dalam pengelolaan bahan-bahan bangunan untuk memproduksi 1 unit perumahan masih tercatat secara manual dan hal ini yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaporan pimpinan proyek untuk mempertanggungjawabkan pemakaian bahan-bahan bangunan kepada pusat atau kepada manajemen perusahaan tersebut. Pimpinan proyek tidak bisa memprediksi berapa bahan bangunan yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun 1 unit perumahan. Dan hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap finansial yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan tersebut untuk membangun perumahan tersebut. Jika tidak tersusun secara sistematis maka lambat tahun permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan ini akan mengalami kerugian yang tidak dapat terdeteksi. Di sini penulis mencoba untuk membuat aplikasi yang nanti dapat dipergunakan oleh pimpinan proyek PT Purindo Sukses untuk memonitoring stok bahan bangunan yang dibutuhkan dalam membangun perumahan tersebut. Dan ini akan membantu pimpinan proyek dalam melaporkan stok bahan bangunan kepada manajemen perusahaan dan pengambilan keputusan manajemen perusahaan dalam membeli bahan-bahan bangunan tersebut. Sehingga pengeluaran perusahaan dapat terprediksi. PT Purindo Success is a company that engaged in the field of low-income housing developer, the company is located in the village of Cibarusah, Cikarang-West Java. PT Purindo Success was founded in 1995 In the management of building materials to produce one unit of housing is still recorded manually and this is an obstacle in the reporting of project leaders to account for the use of building materials to the center or to the management of the company. Project leaders can’t predict how the building materials needed to build one housing unit. And this will affect the financial that must be issued by the company to build such housing. If not systematically arranged in the issues raised in this company slowly would incur a loss that can not be detected. In preparing this application method used in the design of this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. SDLC is a phased approach to the analysis and design of building systems using cycle-specific activities of users Here the author tries to create application that can be used later by project managers to monitor PT Purindo Success Stocks of building materials needed to build such housing. And this will help project managers in reporting stock of building materials to the company’s management and decision-making in the company’s management to buy the building materials. So the company can be predictable expenses.
