Abstract
Giesecke & Devrient PT Indonesia is one of the foreign private entities ( main distributor ) is engaged in the service and a great trade . Along with changes in computer and information technology , the role of computers and the web to provide information services is an important factor to support the service work order information can be accessed easily and quickly Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia is a service company that provides maintenance services and money counting machines made in germany PT.Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia have spare parts for machines money from processing the data is not well controlled due to the recording of the data processing activities of the company is still manual reporting of data from branch offices to the head office is done by inputting the data usage and remaining stock of spare parts into microsoft Excel and any use of such spare parts are sent via email , the headquarters of the way PT.Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia can not know the inventory data of each location , then as the development of technology , the utilization of information technology can be maximized by building a monitoring system of data processing applications systematically to make it more accessible to the head office and branch offices . So an application is made to determine quickly , accurately report usage data processing and recording of the final stock data. PT Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia merupakan salah satu badan usaha swasta asing (distributor utama) yang bergerak di bidang jasa dan perdagangan besar. Seiring dengan perubahan teknologi komputer dan informasi, maka peranan komputer dan web dalam menyediakan layanan informasi menjadi faktor penting untuk menunjang kerja agar layanan informasi dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat.PT.Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia adalah perusahaan jasa yang memberikan pelayanan jasa service dan maintenance mesin hitung uang buatan jerman PT.Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia mempunyai spare part / suku cadang untuk mesin uang dari pengolahan data tersebut tidak terkontrol dengan baik dikarenakan pencatatan pengolahan data pada perusahaan ini masih manual kegiatan pelaporan data dari kantor cabang ke kantor pusat dilakukan dengan cara menginput data pemakaian dan sisa stok spare part kedalam microsoft excel dan setiap pemakaian spare part tersebut dikirim melalui email, dari cara tersebut kantor pusat PT.Giesecke & Devrient Indonesia tidak dapat mengetahui data stok spsre part dimasing-masing lokasi, maka seiring perkembangan teknologi maka pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat dimaksimalkan dengan membangun aplikasi sistem monitoring pengolahan data secara sistematis agar lebih mudah diakses oleh pihak kantor pusat dan kantor cabang. Jadi aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mengetahui dengan cepat ,akurat laporan pengolahan data pencatatan dari pemakaian dan stok akhir data tersebut.
