Abstract
Data Processing Center is one part that is under the Division of IT OperationsSupport at PT. Bukopin which is a private company engaged in banking, PT. Bukopin is a large company that has a very large data and complex. The systemused by PT. Bukopin is a centralized data system which means that the entirebanking data stored only at the central office and storage process involvesmultiple basis datas from multiple servers, such as using IBMDB2 and MS. SQLServer. The functions and responsibilities of Data Processing Center (Puslahta) isa computer operating on data centers to support continuity and smooth operationsof the Bank, thus the personnel in Puslahta's main purpose is to make sure eachstored data is the correct data, to support this sort of activity it requires anapplication which can directly access the database. Currently, to access eachof the basis datas require different applications, for example, to access SQLServerdatabase uses Query Analizer from SQL Server, and to access DB2 database usesSTRSQL provided by AS400 OS, it is not effective having to use multipleapplications. Besides, any activity done by puslahta's personnel are not recordedon activity log, and this could lead to a fraudulant act which is detrimental tothecompany Keyword : SQL Server, Database, Query, STRSQL. Pusat Pengolahan Data adalah salah satu bagian yang berada di bawah Divisi Dukungan Operasi TI pada PT. Bank Bukopin, yang merupakan perusahaanswasta yang bergerak dibidang perbankan. PT. Bank Bukopin merupakanperusahaan besar sehingga mempunyai data yang sangat besar dan komplek. Sistem yang digunakan PT. Bank Bukopin adalah sistem data terpusat yangberarti seluruh data perbankan hanya tersimpan di kantor pusat dan prosespenyimpanan ini melibatkan beberapa basis data dari beberapa server, diantaranyamenggunakan IBM DB2 dan MS. SQL Server. Pusat Pengolahan Data (Puslahta) adalah salah satu bagian dari divisi DOTI yang berfungsi dan bertanggung jawabpengoperasian komputer pada pusat data untuk mendukung kelangsungandankelancaran operasional Bank, dengan demikian kegiatan setiap personil yangadadi Puslahta salah satunya adalah memastikan setiap data yang tersimpanmerupakan data yang benar, untuk menunjang kegiatan ini diperlupan suatuaplikasi yang bisa langsung mengakses ke basis data. Kondisi saat itu untukakseske masing-masing basis data memerlukan aplikasi yang berbeda, misalnya, untukakses ke basis data SQL Server menggunakan Query Analizer yang ada pada SQLServer, kemudian untuk akses basis data DB2 menggunakan STRSQLyangadapada OS AS400 dan hal ini tidak efektif karena harus menggunakan beberapaaplikasi. Disamping itu setiap aktifitas query yang dilakukan masing masingpersonil Puslahta tidak tersimpan dalam log aktifitas, dan hal ini bisamengakibatkan fraud bagi perusahaan karena setiap personil bisa melakukanmanipulasi data tanpa adanya pencatatan log query secara komputerisasi.
