Abstract

PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia adalah sebuah pabrik yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha pembuatan sepatu, di dalam kegiatannya perusahaan tersebut mendapatkan order dari customer tunggal yaitu Nike, kemudian perusahaan tersebut memproduksi sepatu sesuai dengan order yang diminta oleh customer, dalam membangun kepercayaan kepada pihak customer maka perusahaan tersebut selalu meningkatkan kualitas barang dan ketepatan pengiriman barang. Sehubungan dengan penunjang kegiatan produksi maka dibutuhkan departement produksi, marketing, planning serta purchasing handal dalam perencanaan produksi serta pembelian material baik secara quantity maupun waktu kedatangannya. Departement Purchasing merupakan salah satu unit bisnis yang bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan bahan baku atau material untuk proses produksi, apabila bahan baku tidak bisa di datangkan secara tepat waktu dan dengan jumlah yang cukup maka akan menjadi hambatan dalam proses produksi disinilah peran penting department purchasing dan yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah bagian produksi yang dapat menghasilkan produk yang sangat baik semua itu ditunjang oleh peranan departemen planning dalam perencanaan produksi. Pada saat ini masih banyak kendala dalam proses kegiatan penadaan bahan baku atau pembelian bahan baku salah satunya adalah tidak terkontrolnya waktu kedatangan serta jumlah kedatangan bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah order dari customer. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlulah dibuatkan system informasi untuk mempermudah dalam memonitoring proses produksi. PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia is a factory which is engaged in the manufacture of shoes , in the activities of the company getting orders from a single customer that is Nike , then the company is producing shoes in accordance with the orders requested by the customer, to build confidence to the customer that the company is always improve the quality of goods and delivery accuracy. In connection with the activities supporting the production department to production, marketing, planning, and purchasing a reliable in production planning and purchasing of materials, both the quantity and time of arrival. Purchasing Department is one of the business units that are responsible for the procurement of raw materials or materials for the production process, where raw materials cannot be brought in a timely manner and with a sufficient amount of it will be a bottleneck in the production process where the purchasing department and the important role that is not Equally important is the production of parts that can produce a very good product it is supported by the role of planning in production planning department At this time there are still many obstacles in the process of procurement raw material or feedstock purchases one of which is an uncontrolled time of arrival and the number of arrivals of raw materials that do not correspond to the number of orders from customers . To overcome these problems it is necessary to be made in the information system to facilitate monitoring the production process.
