Abstract
The process of industrial production in the world is closely associated with the presence of the machine . there are several production process is done manually by hand / labor intensive , and not a few others of production process is done by machine . savings in addition to human resources , believed to machine accuracy in completing a series of tasks that require accuracy and precision as well as working time machine that knows no saturated , bored or tired which can interfere with productivity. Engine maintenance is vital to maintain the condition of the engine remains the prime objective of achieving production targets . Maintenance of the machine is also closely related to the accuracy of the analysis machine downtime . Protracted engine damage will disrupt production targets and certainly poses no small loss for the company . Accuracy in maintenance also becomes very important to support it for the required equalization skill members that can be facilitated in a system that features knowledge sharing. The application aims to provide documentation of downtime per a certain time , so that will make it easier to analyze the sources of PM problems that occur so that maintenance can be right on target . Provide more informative reports for PM and Production . As well as providing the bank 's problems and history of the machine . That way PM can be easily expected to obtain knowledge and information to improve the technical skills in the field . Proses produksi pada dunia industri sangat erat kaitannya dengan keberadaan mesin. ada beberapa proses produksi yang dikerjakan manual oleh tangan / padat karya, dan tidak sedikit pula proses produksi yang dikerjakan oleh mesin. selain lebih menghemat sumber daya manusia, mesin dipercaya memiliki keakuratan dalam menyelesaikan serangkaian tugas tugas yang menuntut ketepatan waktu dan ketelitian serta kerja mesin yang tidak mengenal jenuh, bosan atau capai yang dapat mengganggu produktifitas. Perawatan mesin menjadi sangat vital untuk menjaga kondisi mesin tetap prima yang bertujuan mencapai target produksi. Perawatan mesin tersebut berkaitan erat pula dengan ketepatan analisa downtime mesin . Kerusakan mesin yang berlarut larut akan mengganggu target produksi dan tentunya menimbulkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit bagi perusahaan. Ketepatan dalam maintenance juga menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk menunjang hal tersebut. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pemerataan skill member yang dapat difasilitasi dalam suatu sistem yang memiliki fitur sharing knowledge. Adapun aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan dokumentasi downtime per waktu tertentu, dengan begitu akan memudahkan PM untuk menganalisa sumber masalah yang terjadi sehingga maintenance bisa tepat sasaran. Menyediakan laporan yang lebih informatif bagi PM dan Produksi. Serta menyediakan bank problem dan riwayat mesin. Dengan begitu diharapkan PM dapat dengan mudah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan informasi untuk meningkatkan skill teknis di lapangan.
