Abstract
Untuk memperoleh gelar sarjana di Indonesia, setiap mahasiswa yang menjalankan proses perkuliahan pasti akan melalui suatu proses yang disebut sidang tugas akhir. Sidang tugas akhir ini akan menilai seberapa besar mahasiswa tersebut dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama masa perkuliahannya. Tugas akhir membahas suatu topik yang akan diajukan mahasiswa. Tugas akhir ini akan diuji oleh beberapa dosen penguji. Setiap penguji diambil dari dosen pengajar matakuliah yang mempunyai jadwal mengajar yang telah ditentukan oleh Pusat Operasional Perkuliahan, sehingga sering terjadinya jadwal dosen dengan jadwal mahasiswa yang bentrok dan dalam hal mengatur penjadwalan sidang dan menghitung rekap pembimbing masih secara manual, serta pembuatan rekap penguji dan laporan rekap hasil sidang kurang cepat dan akurat.
