Abstract

Rumah Sakit adalah institusi perawatan yang memberikan pelayanan medis kepada masyarakat, khususnya untuk kalangan ibu dan anak bagi rumah sakit yang khusus untuk melayani perawatan kepada ibu dan anak. Pada tugas akhir ini ini akan mengangkat kasus perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan rawat jalan dan rawat inap untuk pasien pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Aqidah Tangerang. Alat yang akan digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini yaitu dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL untuk pengolah data. Sistem informasi rumah sakit yang terpadu sangat diperlukan untuk membantu orang – orang yang ingin melakukan aktifitasnya di bidang tersebut dengan lebih baik. Hasil yang diharapkan dari sistem ini dapat membantu pasien, admin, dan juga dokter pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Aqidah Tangerang dalam mengatasi dan meminimalisir kendala dan permasalahan yang terjadi, serta dapat juga menghemat waktu dan kecepatan dalam memperoleh informasi yang tepat. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah diatas penulis tertari untuk membuat “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Tangerang”. Dengan dibuatnya website tersebut, penulis berharap dapat terciptanya sebuah rumah sakit ibu dan anak yang informatif dan terpadu, sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan kegiatannya di bidang tersebut. Hospital care is an institution that provides medical services to the community , especially for the mother and child to the hospital specifically to cater to the mother and child care . In this thesis it will lift the case design of information systems in ambulatory care and hospitalization for patients at Children's Hospital Mother And Aqidah Tangerang . The instrument will be used to build this system by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database for data processing . The system is an integrated hospital information is needed to help people - people who want to conduct its activities in the field better . The expected outcome of this system can help patients , admin , and also physicians in Mother And Children 's Hospital in Tangerang creed overcome and minimize obstacles and problems that occur , and can also save time and speed in obtaining the right information . So to overcome the above problems have been interested authors to make " Perancangan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Tangerang " . With the establishment of the website , the authors hope to create a mother and child hospital informative and integrated , making it easier for users to perform activities in the field .
