Abstract

Saat ini fraud ini telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu penyebab utama kehilangan pendapatan pada penyedia jasa telekomunikasi. Tujuan utama perancangan aplikasi ini adalah untuk membangun system berbasis komputer yang dapat membantu mendeksi fraud. Perancangan Fraud Management System ini menggunakan metode Threshold dan Rule Based dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP , Oracle 10 sebagai database-nya, Kettle Pentaho untuk ETL dan XAMPP sebagai web server-nya. Dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi ini, diharapkan analis fraud akan lebih cepat dalam melakukan pengecekan dan penilaian fraud terhadap data transaksi data pelanggan. Keywords: Telecommunication, fraud management, threshold based, rule based Currently fraud has been identified as one of the biggest cause of revenue loss for telecommunication service providers. The main purpose of this application design is to develop a computer-based system that can help to identify fraud. This application is developed using Threshold and Rule Based method with PHP4 as the programming language, Oracle 10 as its database, Kettle Pentaho for the ETL , and XAMPP as the web server. By using this application, hoped fraud analyst will be faster and easier in fraud assessing to subscriber transaction data. .
