Abstract
The development of information technology is needed by every company in the present including the UD.Dwima Glass which is a commercial enterprise that is engaged in the production of goods made of glass and aluminum. In this paper will highlight the case of the making of the E-SCM (Supply Chain Management) at UD.Dwima Glass. This system will provide a service that can be used by customers, UD.Dwima Glass and suppliers which includes ordering and purchasing of raw material online, as well as the processing of a computerized inventory of raw materials in a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are expected to assist and facilitate UD.Dwima Glass in running business processes, especially in terms of processing supply chain of raw materials for production. Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap perusahaan pada masa kini termasuk pada UD.Dwima Glass yang merupakan usaha dagang yang bergerak pada bidang produksi barang-barang yang terbuat dari kaca dan alumunium. Pada skripsi ini akan mengangkat kasus mengenai pembuatan sistem E-SCM (Supply Chain Management) pada UD.Dwima Glass. Sistem ini akan menyediakan layanan yang dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan, UD.Dwima Glass dan supplier yang meliputi kegiatan pemesanan dan pembelian bahan baku secara online, serta pengolahan persediaan bahan baku yang terkomputerisasi dalam suatu aplikasi berbasis web yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan dapat membantu dan mempermudah UD.Dwima Glass dalam menjalankan proses bisnis terutama dalam hal pengolahan rantai pasok bahan baku untuk kebutuhan produksi.
