Abstract
During the process of information dissemination across university environment there needed an effective and efficient application . As we known in advance that there was an online application UMB employee data that can make it easy for an admin to view, search and update employee data anywhere , anytime , reduces cost , time and effort . A user can register the online application to be able to access into the web and an admin can approve , reject or modify the user information. The information contained therein is information about the data existing employees in Fasilkom UMB . In order to evolve the online web and interactive , it is necessary to add a few features in it , among other features of email , chat , and SMS. Thus the information dissemination process becomes more effective so that information exchange ( which includes the announcement of the schedule change teacher / classroom exchanges , letters - a circular campus, and other important memos ) can be contained in the web. The system design method applies waterfall method hence it can deliver an application that fulfills the concept of internal data searching of fasilkom UMB. In conclusion, this online employee data application has been built to meet the goal of success, which in this case within the information dissemination process fasilkom employees become more efficient as it can save time, and reduce costs, and energy. Keywords : Application, online, email, chat, sms. employee, interactive. Dalam penyebaran informasi dilingkungan Universitas sangat dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang efektif dan efisien. Seperti sudah diketahui sebelumnya bahwa sudah ada sebuah aplikasi data karyawan online UMB yang dapat memudahkan bagi seorang admin untuk melihat , mencari dan memperbaruhi data karyawan dimana saja, kapan saja, sekaligus menghemat biaya, waktu dan tenaga. Seorang user dapat melakukan pendaftaran diweb aplikasi online tersebut untuk dapat akses kedalam web dan seorang admin dapat menyetujui, menolak atau merubah informasi user tersebut. Informasi yang terdapat didalamnya adalah informasi mengenai data karyawan yang ada di fasilkom UMB. Agar web online tersebut dapat berkembang dan interaktif, maka perlu ditambahkan beberapa fitur didalamnya, antara lain fitur email, chat , dan sms, sehingga pertukaran informasi (pengumuman yang meliputi perubahan jadwal dosen / pertukaran kelas, surat – surat edaran kampus, dan memo penting lainnya ) dapat dituangkan dalam web tersebut. Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall sehingga aplikasi yang dihasilkan sesuai konsep pencarian data internal yang ada pada Fasilkom UMB. Kesimpulan yang didapat setelah aplikasi ini di uji adalah Aplikasi data karyawan online yang telah dibangun telah memenuhi tujuan keberhasilan, yang dalam hal ini proses penyebaran informasi dilingkungan karyawan Fasilkom menjadi lebih efisien karena dapat menghemat waktu, serta dapat mengurangi biaya.
