Abstract

Teknologi yang berdasarkan pada suara merupakan teknologi yang menggunakan peralatan dengan sumber masukan berupa suara, suara itu sendiri dapat dimasukan kedalam perangkat komputer dengan menggunakan alat yang bernama microphone sebagai media interaksi antara manusia dengan komputer. Dalam mengeksekusi suatu file pada windows akan lebih mudah jika menggunakan masukan seperti suara, walaupun setiap manusia memiliki jenis suara yang berbeda-beda namun pada aplikasi perintah suara ini mampu merespon segala jenis suara manusia tanpa harus melakukan pelatihan terlebih dahulu, dan itu merupakan hal utama dalam pembuatan aplikasi perintah suara ini. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan maksud mempermudah pengguna, terlebih lagi untuk penderita cacat fisik (khususnya tangan) agar seseorang dapat melakukan pemanggilan file melalui suara sebagai alternatif lain dari pemanggilan file secara konvensional yang membingungkan terlebih untuk para pemula. Penulis membuat aplikasi perintah suara ini secara sederhana agar mudah dalam penggunaannya (user friendly) Pengguna hanya menyuarakan kata yang terdapat pada aplikasi perintah suara ini dan aplikasi perintah suara ini telah mengetahui direktori tempat file yang akan dipanggil itu berada, maka file bertipe *.exe tersebut akan muncul. Bahasa pemrograman yang penulis gunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi perintah suara ini adalah bahasa C# (C Sharp). Sistem yang digunakan penulis dalam pembuatan aplikasi perintah suara ini adalah voice command karena sistem ini menggunakan suara sebagai kunci utama untuk mengenali perintah suara dalam bahasa mesin yang kemudian perintah suara itu dapat dijalankan. Kata kunci : windows, voice command, C# The technology is based on a technology that uses sound equipment with the input of the sound source, the sound itself can be input into the computer by using a device called a microphone as a medium of interaction between humans and computers. In executing a file on the windows will be easier if you use input such as sound, although every man has a kind of different sounds but the voice command application is able to respond to all kinds of human voice without having to do any training, and it is the main thing in making the application of this voice command. This application is made with the intent for users, especially for people with physical disabilities (especially the hands) that a person can do voice dialing via a file instead of a conventional file calling a confusing especially for beginners. The author makes this application a simple voice command that is easy to use (user friendly) Users simply voicing words contained in this application voice command and voice command application has to know the directory where the file you want to call it to be, then the file type *. Exe will appear. Programming language that I use in the making of this voice command application is C # (C Sharp). Systems used in the manufacture for voice command application is voice command because the system uses voice as a key to recognize voice commands in machine language that voice commands can be run.
