Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information at this point so make PT.INDONESIA STEEL TUBE WORKS to evaluate systems that have been running in the company, especially in monitoring the results of the production of the steel pipe which takes place during the production process often produces less output specification or out standard In this study were emphasized on the results of data out of data processing standards where direct observation is done in PT INDONESIA STEEL TUBE WORKS where the author works. The method used is the method of direct interviews and monitoring the crew buffing part responsible for handling pipe out standards which include transactions in the input. repair and scrap. However, the processing is still slow because it still uses Microsoft office -based program that required the development of information systems to make use of PHP and MySQL. in order to facilitate and accelerate the process of reporting and processing of data out of the standard Key word. Php and Mysql, Information System Out Standard Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan informasi pada saat ini sehingga membuat PT INDONESIA STEEL TUBE WORKS untuk mengevaluasi system yang selama ini berjalan di perusahaan, terutama dalam monitoring hasil produksi pembuatan pipa baja yang di mana pada saat proses produksi berlangsung seringkali menghasilkan hasil produksi yang kurang spesifikasi atau out standard Dalam penulisan ini lebih di tekankan pada hasil data pengolahan data out standard yang dimana pengamatan langsung dilakukan di PT INDONESIA STEEL TUBE WORKS tempat penulis bekerja Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan monitoring langsung kepada bagian crew buffing yang bertanggung jawab dalam penanganan pipa out standard yang meliputi transaksi pada input, repair and scrap. Namun dalam pengolahannya masih lambat karena masih menggunakan program berbasis Microsoft office sehingga diperlukan pengembangan system informasi dengan menggunaka PHP dan MySQL agar dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat proses pelaporan dan pengolahan data out standard tersebut. Kata Kunci: Php and Mysql, Sistem Informasi Out Standard
