Abstract
As the development of PT Data Citra Mandiri, the demand for IT hardware to support the company's business processes is increasing. The application for the purchase of IT goods that include hardware, software and infrastructure using the Budget Detail Memo (BDM) by the Budget Officer is still done excel which is less than optimal because of frequent loss of the documents so that the BDM application process must be repeated from the beginning. BDM approval process by the employer requires the presence of supervisor so that will greatly affect the progress of the BDM is filed if the boss is not in place. Memo Details Budget application is an application that was developed to facilitate the submission of the demand for IT purchases made by the Budget Officer. Through this application, Budget Officer can also easily track the status of BDM. Approval processes that previously took a long time because it depends on the presence of supervisor now faster because it can be done online during the boss is still connected to the corporate network. This application was developed with PHP and MYSQL database. With this application is expected to ease the process of filing BDM, approval by the supervisor and monitoring progress BDM. Seiring berkembangnya PT Data Citra Mandiri, kebutuhan akan permintaan perangkat IT untuk mendukung bisnis proses perusahaan semakin meningkat. Pengajuan permintaan pembelian barang IT yang meliputi hardware, software dan infrastruktur menggunakan Budget Detail Memo (BDM) oleh Budget Officer yang masih dilakukan secara excel kurang optimal karena sering terjadi kehilangan dokumen sehingga proses pengajuan BDM harus diulangi dari awal. Proses approval BDM oleh supervisor membutuhkan kehadiran supervisor sehingga akan sangat mempengaruhi progress dari BDM yang diajukan apabila supervisor tidak ada di tempat. Aplikasi Budget Detail Memo merupakan suatu aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pengajuan permintaan pembelian barang IT yang dilakukan oleh Budget Officer. Melalui aplikasi ini, Budget Officer juga dapat secara mudah mengetahui status dari BDM yang dibuat. Proses approval yang tadinya membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena bergantung kepada kehadiran supervisor sekarang lebih cepat karena dapat dilakukan secara online selama supervisor masih terhubung dengan jaringan perusahaan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan PHP dan database MYSQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengajuan BDM, approval oleh supervisor dan monitoring progress BDM.
