Abstract
Saat ini kemajuan teknologi seluler sudah tidak diragukan lagi, saat pertama masuk ke Indonesia, teknologi seluler yaitu GSM (Global System for Mobilecommunication), merupakan gebrakan yang sangat luar biasa di dunia teknologi Indonesia. Dan didalam dunia Telekomunikasi, Teknologi Informasi juga tidak bisa dijauhkan dengan kemajuan Teknologi Telekomunikasi. Salah satunya membangun Sistem Aplikasi Managemen Jaringan dengan berbasis Web.Sistem Aplikasi managemen Jaringan ini bisa diguakan untuk meminimalisasi terjadinya gangguan yang lebih lama dan juga bisa mempercepat kinerja para teknisi untuk melakukan pembenahan jika terjadi gangguan. Dalam pembangunanya web ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasis SMS. Dan juga menggunakan pemrograman PHP untuk melakukan pengambilan data secara langsung kedalam jaringan serta MySQL untuk penyimpanan data dalam database nya.Sistem aplikasi ini berjalan secara otomatis karena dilakukan penjadwalan untuk menjalankan perintah pengambilan alarmnya. Aplikasi penjadwalan terbuat dari bahasa pemrograman Delphi. Sistem Aplikasi ini juga telah dicoba secara langsung dan menghasilkan data yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci : GSM, Network Management, SMS, PHP, MySQL, Delphi Today, the mobile technology is undoubtedly developing. When it firstly come to Indonesia, the mobile technology called GSM(Global System for Mobilecommunication) is considered as a remarkable breakthrough in Indonesian technology. Within telecommunication field, the information technology can not be separated from telecommunication technology. One of the example is developing a web-based network application management system. This system can be used to reduce the longer disruption and also to hasten the work performance of technician in repairing the disruption. In this development, this web uses waterfall method and SMS-based. In addition, this web also use PHP for collecting data directly into the network, and MySQL in saving the data in to database. This application system runs automatically because it conducts a schedule to perform the taking alarm command. The schedule of application is created from Delphi programming language. Moreover, this network application management system have been tested directly and it resulting an expected data. Key Words :GSM, Network Manajement, SMS, PHP, MySQL, Delphi
