Abstract
Aset Sekolah merupakan modal kerja yang sangat penting dalam menunjang kinerja institusi. Aset Sekolah perlu dikelola, di identifikasi dan dirawat dengan baik sehingga kondisinya selalu optimal. Untuk institusi yang mempunyai Aset dengan jumlah yang tidak terlalu banyak, mungkin pengelolaannya dapat dilakukan secara manual, misalnya melalui bantuan software aplikasi microsoft office excel atau bahkan dengan pencatatan manual. Rancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan Aset Sekolah yang dibuat oleh penulis diharapkan dapat membantu melakukan pengelolaan terhadap Aset Sekolah selama siklus hidupnya sampai dengan Aset Sekolah tersebut mengalami kerusakan. Selain itu rancangan sistem ini juga dapat membantu penanggung jawab Aset Sekolah untuk dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan cepat mengenai keberadaan, histori perbaikan, dan biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk pengelolaan Aset Sekolah baik secara menyeluruh maupun per masing-masing Aset. School assets are working capital is very important in supporting the performance of the institution. School assets need to be managed, in identifying and cared for so that it is always optimal. For institutions which have the School assets in an amount not too much, maybe management can be done manually, with the help of software applications such as Microsoft Office Excel or even with manual recording. The design of the School asset management information system created by the author is expected to help to manage School assets throughout their life cycle until the School assets are damaged. Besides the design of the system is also able to help the person in charge of School assets in order to provide rapid and accurate information about the presence, repair history, and the costs already incurred for the management of Scool assets in whole or per each asset.
