Abstract

Ekspor merupakan proses menjual barang dari dalam negeri ke luar negeri. Kegiatan ekspor merupakan kegiatan mengeluarkan barang dari suatu daerah pabean ke daerah pabean negara lain. Dalam proses ekspor dibutuhkan dokumentasi yang benar – benar terjamin keabsahannya karena kalau tidak sesuai antara dokumen dengan data manifest dari pelayaran customer (importir) tidak dapat melakukan proses clearence (mengeluarkan) barang yang mereka impor dari kawasan pelabuhan. Masalah muncul ketika semua dokumen ekspor itu dibuat masih menggunakan cara lama (manual) karena disini sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan. Jika terjadi kesalahan pada dokumentasi ekspor maka akan berpotensi terjadi denda (penalty) karena tiap – tiap negara mempunyai regulasi atau peraturan yang berbeda tentang custom clearence. Mengingat pentingnya dokumentasi untuk proses ekspor maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang bisa memberikan hasil keluaran (output) yang benar – benar valid untuk meminimalkan terjadi kesalahan pada proses pembuatan dokumen ekspor. Selain itu aplikasi dokumen ekspor juga berfungsi untuk lebih efektif dan efisien tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatan dokumen ekspor. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah merancang aplikasi pembuatan dokumen ekspor berbasis web yang berfungsi sebagai fasilitas bagi perusahaan untuk lebih memudahkan karyawan dalam membuat dokumen ekspor sehingga akan lebih meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan juga meminimalkan terjadi kesalahan untuk menghindari penalty ketika customer melakukan clearence. Karena ketika customer membayar denda penalty akan di claim balik kepada shipper (eksportir). Export is the process of selling goods from domestic to overseas . Export activity is an activity issuing customs goods from one area to another countries customs area . In the process required export documentation right - absolutely guaranteed its validity as if the document does not match with the data from the shipping manifest customers ( importers ) can not do the clearance process (removing ) the goods they import from the port area . The problem arises when all the export documents created are still using the old fashioned way ( manually ) because here is very susceptible to errors . If there is an error on the export documentation will potentially happen fines (penalty) for each country has different regulations or rules of custom clearance . Given the importance of documentation for the export process takes an app that can give output ( output ) is right - absolutely valid to minimize the error occurs in the process of making the export documents . Further, the application of export documents also serve to more effectively and efficiently does not require a long time in the manufacture of export documents . The purpose of this paper is to design export document creation application that serves as a web-based facility for the company to make it easier for employees to make export documents that will further improve their performance and also minimize the error occurs to avoid penalties when customers do clearence . Because when the customer will pay fines penalties on the claim back to the shipper ( exporter ) .
