Abstract

Bagi sebuah bank, memiliki sebuah sistem informasi adalah sangat penting untuk dapat bersaing dengan bank-bank yang lain, salah satunya adalah Sistem Informasi tracking budget pada divisi marketing di BII Card Center. Dalam bisnis perbankan, kartu kredit merupakan bisnis utama yang dijalankan. Sistem pengontrolan tracking budget pada divisi marketing masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga pada pertengahan tahun mengakibatkan budget marketing tersebut sudah minus, karena tidak adanya sistem yang bisa memonitoring sampai sejauh mana budget marketing yang ada sudah digunakan. Hal ini yang menyebabkan lambatnya ketersediaan segala informasi yang berkaitan dengan tracking budget, lambatnya tindakan koreksi, berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakseragaman informasi, dan fungi-fungsi dari kontrol budget tidak dapat berjalan maksimal. Penerapan system informasi yang terkomputerisasi diharapkan akan mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem informasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan petugas budget controller dalam mengawasi pemakaian budget itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan antara lain metode pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka, studi lapangan dengan wawancara. Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi ini dengan mengunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Tahapan yang dilakukan ada dengan menggunakan model waterfall yaitu Tahap Rekayasa Sistem, Analalis Kebutuhan Perangkat Lunak, Desain, Pengkodean, Pengujian, dan Pemeliharaan. JAVA sebagai bahasa pemograman dan MySQL sebagai database. For a bank, to have an information system is very important to be able to compete with any other banks, one of which is the tracking information system budget on marketing division in BII Card Center . In the banking business, credit cards are the main business to run . Tracking control system budget on marketing division is still done by manually system. So that, by mid-year the effected of results marketing budget is minus, because there is on system can be monitored the extent to which existing marketing budget has been used. This is causing the slow availability of all information related of tracking budgets, slow corrective action, potentially cause inconsistency of information, and control functiona of the budget can not run optimally. The implementation of computerized information systems are expected to resolve the issue . This information system is designed to facilitate the budget officer overseeing the use of the controller in the budget itself. Methods of research by the authors do include data collection methods such as library research, field study with interviews. While this method of application development using the Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) . Steps being taken there by using the waterfall model, namely Phase Systems Engineering, Analalis Software Requirements, Design, Coding, Testing , and Maintenance. JAVA as a programming language and MySQL as database .
