Abstract
Hanv Konveksi has been managing its ordering process conventionally, where customers either visit the workshop directly or place orders through instant messaging applications, resulting in manual order recording and requiring the admin to check the completeness of each order's data one by one before processing it. This condition potentially causes delayed responses, recording errors, and the risk of approving orders that are actually not yet feasible for production. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Convection Ordering Information System for Hanv Konveksi using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and Supabase, which allows customers to place orders independently through a logged-in account, while implementing the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method on the admin side to automatically determine the feasibility level of an order based on the completeness of the order data (formCompleteness) and the completeness of additional data (personalCompleteness) variables, producing a status of "Feasible to Process", "Needs Revision", or "Not Feasible to Process". The system was developed using the Waterfall model, with the Tsukamoto Fuzzy inference engine applying nine rules (rule base) resulting from combinations of three fuzzy sets (Low, Medium, High) on both input variables, along with a defuzzification process using the weighted average method. Testing was carried out in three stages: testing the accuracy of the Tsukamoto Fuzzy method by comparing manual calculations against six order data scenarios with the system's automatic calculation results, functional testing using Black Box Testing, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving prospective customers as respondents. The test results show that all feasibility scores and statuses generated by the system are consistent with the manual calculation results across the six tested scenarios, all Black Box Testing scenarios on both the customer and admin sides ran according to the expected results, and the average System Usability Scale (SUS) score from prospective customer respondents was 80.0, classified as AccepTabel with an Excellent usability rating. Thus, the developed system has proven capable of helping the Hanv Konveksi admin determine order feasibility automatically, quickly, and objectively, while also being easy for users to use.
